Meet our Staff and Instructors
CPR Services is a health education company established in 1985 by Anne Ferrari-Greenberg, RN, BSN. CPR Services Training Center follows the guidelines of the American Heart Association. As a Registered Nurse, Anne has long recognized the need for consumers as well as health care professionals to be trained in the basics of CPR and First Aid.
The programs outlined on our web site were developed for you to learn how important it is to be trained in CPR and First Aid.

Diana Channell, CRT
Diana has been a Certified Respiratory Therapist for eighteen years and the office administrator for CPR Services since 2002. Diana is also a CPR/First Aid Instructor. She coordinates CPR and First aid classes for Newton Wellesley Hospital. She lives in Natick with her husband and two sons.Paula Donahue, RN BSN
Paula has been an instructor for
CPR Services since 1990. She is a graduate of Children’s Hospital in Boston, MA and earned her BSN from Framingham State College. She has been employed by Children’s Hospital for more than thirty years. Paula lives in Ashland with her husband and dog, Sadie. She has two married children and a grandson, JakeTucker Drummond
Tucker has been with CPR Services since 2009 as an instructor in CPR and First Aid. He is also a teacher in the Worcester school system. Tucker lives in Ashland with his wife. They have three grown children and two grandbabies, Henry and Abigail.Linda Garrity RN MSN
Linda has been an instructor for CPR Services since 1992. She graduated from Newton Wellesley Hospital School of Nursing and earned her Bachelors in Nursing from. Boston State College. Linda also graduated from Cambridge College receiving a Masters in Education. She has been the Director of Health Services for the Brimmer and May School from 1992-2010. Linda is presently employed in the Emergency Department at Beth Israel Deaconess Hospital as a staff nurse.

Anne earned her degrees at Framingham Union Hospital School of Nursing and Framingham State College. She began her career at The Glover Hospital in Needham, MA and then was employed at Newton-Wellesley Hospital for eighteen years. At Newton-Wellesley Hospital Anne was the coordinator for “Health At Work” instructing CPR and First Aid classes. Anne created CPR Services in 1985 with the intention of instructing clients in a location convenient for them, their home or office. In addition to her company, Anne continued with her nursing career as Director of Health Services at St. Marks School in Southborough until 2007. Presently, she has accepted a part time position at a private high school in Waltham in the Health Department. Anne also is a Health Consultant for thirty- seven schools in the MetroWest area. Anne has recently opened an office in downtown Ashland where classes are held in addition to traveling to clients. Anne resides in Ashland with her husband, Steve, who is the CFO of the company. They have six grown children and are proud grandparents of Rachael, Brian, Erin, Alyssa, Keelyn, Matthew, Alex, Charlie, Quinn, Isabelle and Sophia. Anne also has a horse named “Mark This Date”.Kristin Keane
Kristin graduated from UMass Lowell in 1992 with a BS in Exercise Physiology and in 1994 she earned her Masters in Physical Therapy She currently provides PT to residents living in assisted living facilities. She began teaching CPR in 1998 at Melrose-Wakefield Hospital and started with CPR Services in 2002. She lives in Framingham with her husband and two children.Lynann Kendall, RN AD
Lynann graduated from the University of San Francisco earning her Masters in Transitional Counseling. She also graduated from Brookfield College in New Jersey acquiring an Associate Degree in Nursing. Lynann is employed by the University of Massachusetts Hospital, Worcester Campus in the Psychiatric Treatment Center. Lynann resides in Southborough with her three children.Heather Keppeler RN AD
Heather has been teaching CPR and First Aid for more than twenty years and was the third person to join the staff of CPR Services. A nurse cross-trained in Anesthesia, Pediatrics, and intensive care support, Heather serves on a small pediatric sedation unit at a hospital in Boston. She brings her knowledge of pediatrics including her experience as a mother of three, to the classroom, and frequently shares her real-world stories as part of her instruction. She loves teaching newcomers, but also enjoys seeing repeat clients She lives in Framingham with her husband, two teenage daughters and two dogs.Linsay Larson, BSN
Linsay is a new instructor for CPR Services. She is a graduate of Villanova University and has worked as an ICU Nurse. She is presently a case manager for work related injuries. She lives in Needham with her husband and children.Kathy Rowell RN
Kathy has been with CPR Services since 1992. She has been employed at Newton Wellesley Hospital for over thirty-five years in the PACU. She earned her nursing degree from. She resides in Framingham with her husband and has two grown children.Dorothy Sansevero
Dorothy is an Instructor Assistant for CPR Services since 2007. She is a graduate of UMass Amherst with a degree in Sociology. Dorothy has worked in Boston with the elderly and low-income families for the past fifteen years. She also works part-time at the Childrens’ Museum. Dorothy resides in Stow with her husband and family.Andrea Searles
Andrea has been an Instructor Assistant for CPR Service since 2005. She is a graduate of Keefe Cosmotology School and created her own business in 1995. She presently owns “Nails by Andrea” in the Framingham area. She resides in Framingham with her two children.
